“Christofle Oak street location (Courtney) is the only place you need to go for your tableware needs! I had quite a challenge finding 6 Iriana style white wine glasses as a gift for one of my sisters on the internet. Many scams and fake sales/ads where the stems were advertised and I purchased but then left me hanging since Thanksgiving (it’s now March!) Courtney at the Christofle Oak Street Chicago location came to my rescue. Firstly, there aren’t many white Iriana stems left in stock. I needed 6! She educated me that it might be better to get the red wine stems as these days people like doing a “heavy pour”. She sent me pictures side by side so I could see the differences. There was a slight difference but not enough for a non sommelier to notice. She located 6 Iriana red stems from different locations and 1 week later she had my gift order together. She even acquired 2 additional stems in the event she received any that were compromised during shipping. The stems were nicely gift wrapped and my sister was so pleased. Working with Courtney was phenomenal and a great experience. I didn’t have to checkup or do anything. She followed up with me via calls and e-mails every step of the way.
